Scheduling a Meeting
We arrange a specific date for an introduction meeting, where we present our services and demonstrate the Odoo system. This presentation is tailored to the client’s unique needs, providing a clear understanding of how Odoo can enhance their processes.

Employee Training
During the first training session, we provide a link to the test database. All employees participating in the training sessions receive login credentials (username and password), allowing them to practice in the test database during the training.

Inventory Overview
To ensure a smooth implementation, we send the client a blank Excel template where they can input the required product information, including costs, sales prices, and units. This helps us gain a clear overview of the product range that needs to be entered into Odoo.

Odoo Implementation
After receiving the completed Excel file, we input the products and services into the Odoo system. One of our team members will also be responsible for setting up a training database with the necessary modules to ensure the system functions optimally for the client.

Post-Implementation Support
After implementation, we offer ongoing support. Our focus is on optimizing Odoo's functionality within the client’s organization. This includes answering questions, resolving issues, and offering advice to further improve the system's efficiency.

Current Process Analysis
We analyze the company’s existing inventory processes and related challenges. This involves a detailed evaluation of both the efficiency and effectiveness of the current procedures, identifying bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
